These Terms of Service cover the marketing website and the general use of the Venditi.AI platform described here. Specific commercial terms — pricing, service levels, data-processing terms, and support commitments for your workspace — are set out in the order form or subscription agreement between you and Venditi.AI. If there is a conflict, that agreement prevails for matters relating to your paid subscription.

The service

Venditi.AI provides an AI agent that connects to your WhatsApp number, answers customer messages using your catalog, stock, and price data, books appointments, and hands conversations off to your team. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect and for how your business uses the agent to communicate with customers.

AI-generated responses can be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing agent behavior, configuring guardrails, and for any commitments an agent makes to your customers on your behalf.

Use of the website and platform

You agree not to:

• Use the site or platform in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, the platform, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Introduce malware or any code intended to disrupt or damage the site or platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect content or data from the site without our written permission.
• Use the contact form or the platform to send spam, unlawful, or abusive content.
• Use the platform to process customer data you are not authorized to process.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product names, screenshots, and the Venditi.AI name and brand — is owned by Venditi.AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the website for your own informational purposes, and, if you are a subscriber, to use the platform under your subscription agreement. No other rights are granted.

Information you submit to us

When you contact us through the website, you are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information through the contact form.

We handle the information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-party AI providers and services

The platform connects to third-party AI model providers you choose — currently including Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud (Qwen), and Mistral — to generate agent responses, and to connector platforms you authorize, such as e-commerce or appointment systems. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or content; your use of any third-party service is also subject to that party's own terms.

AI usage is billed on top of your subscription based on the tokens consumed by the provider you select, topped up in advance as prepaid credit.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site or platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate. Product information on the site is for general guidance and may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venditi.AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or platform, including losses arising from AI-generated responses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or platform at any time, and we will provide reasonable notice for changes materially affecting active subscribers. We may also update these Terms of Service; when we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute relating to the website, the platform, or these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Panama, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
