Venditi.AI is an AI sales-agent platform: it connects to a business's WhatsApp number and answers customer messages using an AI agent that reads the business's real catalog, stock, and prices, books appointments, and hands off to a human team when needed.

Information we collect

We collect the personal information you or your customers choose to share with us, plus limited technical data needed to run the service securely:

• Contact details you submit through our demo-request form: your name, work email, company name, optional phone number, and what you want to solve.
• WhatsApp conversation content processed by your AI agent, including customer messages, catalog and order questions, and appointment requests, for the workspace you configure.
• Message metadata such as timestamps and conversation status, used to route conversations, generate analytics, and detect abuse.
• Technical data such as IP address and basic request information, collected in server logs to keep the service secure and to rate-limit abuse.
• Your interface preferences, such as light or dark theme and language, stored only in your browser and never sent to us.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to demo, pricing, and support requests, and follow up with you.
• Operate your AI sales agent: read your catalog, stock, and price data, generate responses, book appointments, and route conversations to your team.
• Send confirmation that we received your message.
• Monitor and improve agent quality, including the AI coaching loop and conversation analytics.
• Protect the site and platform against spam, abuse, and security threats.
• Comply with legal obligations and keep records of our communications.

How AI providers process your data

Venditi.AI is not itself a foundation-model provider. Depending on the AI provider you choose for your workspace — currently including Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud (Qwen), and Mistral — conversation content is sent to that provider's API to generate a response.

We select providers whose commercial API terms prohibit using your data to train their models, but each provider's own privacy and data-processing terms also apply to the data it processes on your behalf. You can ask us which provider is active on your workspace at any time.

Legal basis for processing

We process contact-form data based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry. We process WhatsApp conversation data under the service agreement with the business operating the AI agent and, where that business is the data controller for its own customers, we act as a processor on its behalf.

Where required by law, we rely on consent, which can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics or tracking tools on this site. The site uses your browser's local storage to remember preferences such as theme and language; this stays on your device and is not used to track you across other sites.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the platform, and only as needed to provide their service:

• The AI provider configured for your workspace — Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud (Qwen), Mistral, or another provider you select — to generate agent responses.
• Resend, which delivers the notification and confirmation emails generated by our contact form.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and the underlying platform infrastructure.
• Connector platforms you authorize, such as your e-commerce or appointments system, strictly to read the catalog, stock, price, or availability data needed to answer customers.
• Authorities or advisors when legally required, or to protect our rights.

International data transfers

Some of our service providers, including AI providers, may process data on servers located outside your country. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to keep your information protected to a standard consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain a reasonable business record, then delete or anonymize them. WhatsApp conversation data is retained for as long as your workspace is active, plus a reasonable period to support handoff, coaching, and disputes, and is deleted or anonymized on request after that. Server logs used for security are kept only briefly.

Security

We protect information with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), strict security headers, request rate-limiting, and restricted access to the data we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@venditi.ai and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

Venditi.AI is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
